    Pros

    great opportunities to advance

    Cons

takes awhile to move up and you have to be relentless about a raise or to move up

    Advice to Management

pay employees that little extra they deserve

I worked at F. C. Tucker Company (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good training opportunities and people to help you

    Cons

Needed more support on planning my career goals-like any Realtor job, prepare to not make much money for the first few years. They may tell you 6 months, plan for 2 years.

    Pros

Great leadership in the office I was in, the really cared about me as a person and not just what my numbers were. Genuinely wanted to help and advance my career. Extremely flexible hours, no one is going to make you come in and do work.

    Cons

You have to be very motivated to jump start your business on your own, even though the management is supportive they're also competitors looking to get listings and buyers just like everyone else. Don't count on the leads that they say they'll be sending your way, they do not screen them well and they often lead no where.

    Advice to Management

Screen leads better so agents are wasting time with individuals who have no interest.

I have been working at F. C. Tucker Company part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great company culture, specifically Castleton office, the tours are very helpful and managers are always available if you shoot them a text or call.

    Cons

Hard to get started, but that is just real estate! So not really company specific. May be nice to have managers not actively selling.

    I worked at F. C. Tucker Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of great people to work with; flexible time off (and good PTO offerings!); occasional free food brought in by vendors; discounts with some recommended home improvement-related businesses (e.g. roofing, chimney repair, HVAC, etc.), plus assistance with resolving any disputes

    Cons

Not a lot of upward mobility available (apart from becoming an agent); little grace for personality differences (as long as the atmosphere is professional and the work gets done, embrace it!)

    I worked at F. C. Tucker Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

brand presence, accessible management, great training seminars available on a regular basis

    Cons

political in terms of how agents treat eachother, expensive fees

    Advice to Management

focus more on newer agents who need guidance as it seems that they rely on their peers for help when the more experienced agents are often busy, trend towards smaller offices to lower desk fees (many agents spend more time working from home anyway)

    Pros

Mgmt style, many office locations, available managers and support staff.

    Cons

With this profession, it's all on you as an agent to survive as with other 100% commissed career. Desk and transactions fees are expensive.

    Advice to Management

Review commission structure to stay competitive with other RE brands in Indy.

    Pros

Probably the best training for entry level real estate candidates. Good administrative support .Great market presense.

    Cons

Business model somewhat dated realtive to the new high-tech internet based real estate companies.

    Advice to Management

Increase corporate transparancy. Do not let good talent flounder.
