I have been working at F.H. Paschen full-time

    Pros

Knowledge and passion for the industry is found throughout the company. Execs often work hand in hand with new and lower level employees.

    Cons

Benefits and salaries seems to be below the average. The hours are not very flexible, looking at 8 to 5 everyday, no summer hours or flexibility with your schedule creation.

    Advice to Management

Combine sick and vacation days into a total personal day count and allow for schedule flexibility to accommodate those who travel far to work.

    Pros

Great atmosphere. High caliber of work expected. Resources are available if needed, whether it be IT, HR or coworkers to answer questions.

    Cons

It is a bigger company to work and you will not meet everyone. Upper management isn't as accessible as a smaller company but you do get to work with a few senior VP's.

I have been working at F.H. Paschen full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The biggest pros of the company are the people that work there. It's got a great open culture with most everyone knowing everyone else despite it's increase in size. Upper management continues to try and engage everyone in the company and create a good work environment.

There are a lot of opportunities for anyone who wants to work hard. There is very little favoritism as the people in higher positions are all seemingly very hard workers and very deserving of their position.

    Cons

Working hours can be long. Can be tough to balance work/life.

    Advice to Management

Continue to improve and work toward creating a good work environment.

Promote based on skill - not the buddy system.
