I have been working at F.H. Paschen full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Company allows you to jump right in and take the bull by the horns. Great place for go getters. Lots of room for advancement when timing and opportunity align. Hard work is recognized. Dedication here definitely pays off, just takes some time and patience.

    Cons

Growing pains happen here just like every other company. Entering new markets can be grueling and slow moving.

    Advice to Management

Keep eyes open. Listen to employees on the front lines...first line of defense.

    Pros

Great atmosphere. High caliber of work expected. Resources are available if needed, whether it be IT, HR or coworkers to answer questions.

    Cons

It is a bigger company to work and you will not meet everyone. Upper management isn't as accessible as a smaller company but you do get to work with a few senior VP's.

I have been working at F.H. Paschen full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The biggest pros of the company are the people that work there. It's got a great open culture with most everyone knowing everyone else despite it's increase in size. Upper management continues to try and engage everyone in the company and create a good work environment.

There are a lot of opportunities for anyone who wants to work hard. There is very little favoritism as the people in higher positions are all seemingly very hard workers and very deserving of their position.

    Cons

Working hours can be long. Can be tough to balance work/life.

    Advice to Management

Continue to improve and work toward creating a good work environment.
