    Pros

    F5 has an amazing culture and work life balance. Everyone is very passionate about the products and services F5 provides while also ensuring employees have a life outside of work.

    Cons

    Corporate politics can potentially roadblock future career growth. Lots of red tape.

    Smart, engaged people who are always willing to help out - even across teams. Good work/life balance. Good pay and benefits.

    Cons

    Some (not most) senior leaders are excessively hierarchical- in ways that are damaging and not reflective of the general culture.

    - Manager and Leads really helps defining your career path.
    - Ample opportunities to showcase your skill and talent.
    - New learning opportunities within the team.
    - Great support provided by your manager.
    - Great PTO plans. You get 18 PTO during your first year.
    - Competitive Salary.

    - No open policy to work remotely. But you do get the opportunity to work remotely in case of any urgent need.
