    Pros

    Constant pressure, need for quick, accurate decision-making, great benefits.

    Cons

    Managers with little ATC experience, possibility of ATC privatization (research what happened to Flight Service Stations).

    Advice to Management

    Spend a few years on the control floor before advancing into management.

    Travel, Working outdoors on top of Mountains and Airports. Learning Great things and working with awesome people.

    It's Government and, as such, bound by it's own rules.

    It surely would be a great thing if Management would look out for others besides themselves.

    Great benefits and decent pay.

    Entrenched politictal correctness and policies prevent efficient performance and is holding high performers back while retaining lazy entitled workers.
