    I worked at FARO Technologies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Salary is good, there are amazing people working there but it’s a minority.

    Cons

    No benefits except those given by law. No micromanagement and people do whatever they want instead of working. Unless you have a degree nobody will listen to what you have to say. Management keeps changing and keeps making wrong decisions.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your employees, listen and act accordingly. Don’t act blindly.
