Good PTO leave, employees are nice and friendly.

Horrible leadership at the top. New CEO coming in and people are optimistic but hopeful there will be change. Top leadership needs cleaned out. They make decisions without listening to the people in the field. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE OTHER THAN THEMSELVES. The workers are second class citizens. Horrible compensation plan. You may get a signed offer letter and compensation package. They change it when they want... and if you don't accept you are fired. They have reduced commission 3 times in just over a year. People are leaving left and right due to upper management, pay and hostile environment.

Advice to Management

Remove Kathleen who is a copy of Simon. She does not care about the workers only bottom line that is often terrible because of their decisions. They point the finger to the employees because they make bad decision. Hopefully the new CEO cleans house. Get senior management that cares about the employees who actually make the company money! Treat them right and they will have pride in their job and the company.

They talk a good game and make everyone feel important.

Cons

Behind your back they make plans to change everything then complain that you are behind schedule. What schedule do you mean nobody advised us ...TOO BAD you loose! Everything is geared to provide bonuses to upper management and not the average workers. Way too top heavy!!!

Advice to Management

Treat your employees like humans not cattle to be used and abused.

Benefits: health package, fully vested 401k, holidays are observed. Compensation is above market for an entry level position

Management seems to be stuck in time. The whole company seems to never have heard of "thinking out of the box". A lot of changes have been promised recently, but upper management did not listen to the base employees who actually know the customers and the market. Also, they lay off a lot of people just to hire more. They prefer to hire from outside rather than promoting from within. Also, if you speak a different... language and use that at your job, don't expect differentials in pay.

Advice to Management

Participate in seminars, career and position refresher classes. Don't be too comfortable. The new guys are better qualified for your position than you are. Promote an environment where people will be heard and changes will happen. The culture of "I won't speak up because I need to pay my bills" has to end.

Good Benefits package. Good people.

The company is on its 3rd CFO in 1.5 years and the CEO quit after the company laid off 8% of its workforce last year. The constant fear of losing your job makes moral very low. Upper management is running the company into the ground. Americas IT Management is just a substandard, second rate and sheepish. Morally deficient and has zero integrity. They will under mind you and go behind your back and throw you under... the bus if they think it will make them look good. They make you promises and then without any communication break them. They are so arrogant they don't even see that everyone see's right through it.

Advice to Management

Unethical and shady business practices will get you nowhere.

Upper management in the pa location could care less about there people, use them abuse them dump them make them feel like dirt. GOOD MORAL at a company is 95 percent of what makes a business successful!! Well Moral is very low especially since the new building the director miscalculated operating costs at the new building before they moved and now they are broke and cutting corners everywhere. Management... are very OCD to the point of slowing down production. management has no experience in actually doing the work they have no clue what it takes to do the job just push push push.

Advice to Management

Get Replaced, Raise Moral, Quit downing your workers.

Pros

Company is in growth mode due to under penetrated sector so it has plenty of opportunity to expand. Good work ethics and friendly co worker. Good compensation package and benefit. The technology is robust and relevant.

Cons

Recent new layer upper management is out of touch. Leaders seems unsure of what direction to take. Lack of vision especially in the product management. Technical leaders doesn't have any solid ground to day to day operation. The big growth has cost them innovation and it's reactionary response rather than proactively looking for technological advancement.

Advice to Management

Recognize your team strength and invest in them and see the big picture. Looking good in the balance sheet is not sustainable for long term growth.

Pros

Strong HR department in terms of employee benefits. Automatic 401k enrollment. Holidays are celebrated openly. I feel like middle management (those few that are left) genuinely care for their employees and try to improve business. Good overall reputation. Good products. Service department is wonderful.

Cons

No info on strategic direction, no transparency by upper management. Was a great place to work until the CEO fired most of the upper & middle management. Entire organization is sales-driven--the tail is really wagging the dog. Not enough investment in R&D.

Advice to Management

Tell employees what is going on. Is there a plan?
