I worked at FCB Global (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very energetic environment, plenty of creativity and hard work to go around, the employees are what makes FCB such a great agency. With a constant flow of fresh creatives coming through the door (almost) daily, the employees are able to expand their horizons all within the walls of the John Hancock. Amazing sense of innovation emerging through those walls as well.

    Cons

Like most agencies, hours are unpredictable and long, but well worth the hard work. There is a lot of creative turnover, but that is to be expected.

    Pros

Great culture, average to above average pay. work life balance is positive. The style of work is managed well.

    Cons

When you enter the work force you kind of expect people to have grown up and be above all the high school antics.

I worked at FCB Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great clients. Art team is fantastic. Teams are great.

    Cons

Senior VPs are way too old. Loyalty is rewarded even if it isn't deserved. Long long hours. They pitch the shop at 24/7/365. They mean it.

    Advice to Management

Bonuses would be nice given all your time is spent at work. Saying no to a client is forbidden. Work life balance should be permitted or giveouta decent bonus

    Pros

Great Clients. The people you work with are fantastic but in fairness they are working like dogs.

    Cons

Work life balance is non existent. I had to join the gym because I worked all night and had to be back bright and early.

    Advice to Management

Pay your people a fair wage for working 70-80 hours a week

I have been working at FCB Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

FCB does offer great compensation and a cool coffee bar. Plus shipping right downstairs...I don't have any other pro to mention, but this review requires a 20 word minimum

    Cons

Traumatic. I've thrived at every other place I worked. FCB has a terrible culture, unhealthy environment, brutal hours. And explosive personalities, up to the EVPs

    Advice to Management

    There is terrible leadership
