    Pros

Fun atmosphere work hard play hard! Beautiful offices in downtown locations. Vacation 3 weeks after 2 years! Global qualified employees get an amazing experience!

    Cons

Pay is not comparative to other travel companies. Australian based but seems to give the minimal benefits in the US compared to other companies. Too much change in a short period of time.

    Pros

here was a good staff, and the manager was real nice and easy to work for.

    Cons

nobody got more than a few days a week, so getting hours were hard to come by.

    Advice to Management

It was pretty annoying to be treated as if we were making a lot more than we were. It's a fast food, part-time job. I get that. But don't expect a ton of up selling and "sales techniques" when you pay your employees minimum wage.

Opportunity for growth is good. Leaders in the company are down to earth. Company is growing.

    Cons

Below average salary, no raises, expense policy, room sharing when you travel and minimal time off.

    Advice to Management

    Look at the cons

    Pros

None, unless you are a 22 year old, attractive Australian that will move worldwide and work for poor wages, yet live your life to drink until you puke with management and behave in a way that any responsible American HR department would fire people for behaving in such a way. Then, you are possibly seen as fitting in.

    Cons

Low pay, stressed out employees, no support or encouragement, and top heavy idiots for management, some of which have no travel experience or are still operating as if it's still the 80's. Nothing gets done.

    Advice to Management

Clean house in North American leadership completely and several at the global level who will spend shameless amounts of money on parties versus becoming a competitive company that provides fair pay and investments in organizational improvements. Listen to those who have experience, and stop letting those in top roles hold the company back.

    Pros

1 - There is so much support. Many people in FCm Travel have been in the business for 20+ years. If you are new to the company, you have a lot of help in learning, training, and growing. In the mid to large market space, there is a lot to learn about the industry. Lots of training is involved.

2 - Rewarding what is earned. I am in business development, but every aspect on the business gets renumerated on the satisfaction and success of the clients. It's a good model to hold people accountable to their customers.

3 - Travel. Lots of events. You really get to see the world working in this industry.

4 - People. I have never worked with more motivated people. No one is "out for each other" like you may experience in other companies. In FCm, people really work together to help out. Senior management is also really accessible, and will always be there to support you when you need it.

5 - Mobility - If you are successful, the company does not hold you back. They move you up right away into more challenging roles and leadership.

I truly think it's an amazing experience here and I would highly recommend being a part of the culture!

    Cons

The company has experienced a lot of growth and movement. If you do not like a lot of change, probably not right for you. But if you like working hard and moving up fast, it's a good place to work.

    Advice to Management

Providing a little more leadership training to those who move up quickly.

    Pros

Opportunities are there if you want to transfer globally if you're aggressive enough, and want to do so.

    Cons

This company seems to be for the young and single. They do not seem concerned about a work-life balance. Just work!
