    Great atmosphere and plenty of opportunities to grow as the company grows.

    Benefit Costs never changed when they grew, premiums and deductibles were higher than expected.

    -catty and high school drama

    The hours are great, The government employees are really nice and welcoming.

    Cons

    Management is not professional, There is no room for employment growth, Very minimum training, Not Open to diversity.

    Advice to Management

    Open up to being diverse and professional. Please give new employees a fair opportunity and proper training. Always be truthful and approachable.

    Pros

    I am a full time contract employee. This company was good to me. I have worked for them for eight years. Benefits were good for employees.

    Cons

    I didn't like they sold company. Health benefits for employees families not so good.

    Work 1 year and you are qualified for any position in the Intelligence Community.

    Opportunity to be hired directly by the FBI twice a year.

    Great first job out of college.

    VERY flexible hours.

    Good pay.

    Unlimited overtime.

    Acquired by PAE.

    Cons

    Very boring and mind numbing work, no motivation to perform over the required metric. Very low moral in the building.

    Advice to Management

    Create retention bonuses / performance incentives, be more up front about the type of work during recruitment.
