    The pay was great, the feeling that you've helped out a family makes for a greater sense of ones self

    Long hours at computer, survivors yelling at you like your in charge when of every aspect of the case file

    assist survivors, the pay is good, lots of opportunities in the agency, meet new workers, trainings

    extended hours, the commute and traffic if your far from agency, keeping up with new information

    Shoddy management by personality. Seems unable to sustain a reliable infrastructure.

    Advice to Management

    Be more professional in establishing a dedicated infrastructure team and policy. Avoid chasing down fleeting ideas, fads, and personality driven whims.

    Pros

    The most rewording career anyone could dream of because it’s all about serving people in need.

    Cons

    Good Old Boy Network is alive and well! Covert Racism, Sexual-Harassment and Bullying allegations have been swept under the rug for years. Working in a hostile work environment has become the norm.

    Advice to Management

    Start taking action on employee misconducts so that it instills confidence back into leadership.
