I have been working at FFE Transportation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None other than 'tour' USA. Company trucks governed at 62 mph to ensure you are slow and safe.

    Cons

Low pay, away from family a lot, rude and dirty dispatchers, expensive health benefits, watch your checkstub carefully, lots of things not paid like stops

    Advice to Management

Raise the pay and appreciate what drivers do for you. Home time is of great importance to most OTR drivers, stop behaving like you are doing them a favor when they request it, they've earned it!

I worked at FFE Transportation full-time

    Pros

went from training to owner operator in 6 months. Started at $0.36 per mile and at 7 months was making a 1.20 as an owner operator.

    Cons

Crappy routes like to the Bronx, New York, another horrible deliveries as a new driver. Once I was an owner-operator things were a lot better

    Advice to Management

Things you write it up and tell you sold the kllm that's when management started treating drivers badly. I would have never left if they hadn't driven me out with low wages.
