    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at FFR Merchandising full-time

    Pros

Fast paced environment. Diverse projects. Co-workers are easy to get along with and a good team environment.

    Cons

Recently merged with Southern Imperial and their management team was put in charge. They talk a good talk but so far their walk does not match their talk. Knee jerk decisions and finger pointing seems to abound.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees we want to help. More transparency and less "Executive Management Team" vs everyone else. Be willing to consider and act on the idea that you may not have all the answers.

I worked at FFR Merchandising full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Getting to work with a bunch of different large/medium sized retailers. All of the engineers where great to work with on different projects

    Cons

Hours, 8:30-5:30 no questions asked. Management was terrible. You get thrown into projects without the proper training or any background on the project/bidding process

    Advice to Management

Engage with your employees more and make sure they are setup for success
