    Pros

    Great team dynamic and sales team overall. Good relationship with senior management. Transparent discussion with management made the day to day work a fun place to be

    Cons

    A lot of turnover in sales staff, lack of professionalism among sales agent. Poor reward in achieving high sales quota, and overall salary was low despite being the best sale representative. Opportunity to grow is limited to floor manager which is not very motivating, lack to communication with upper management

    Advice to Management

    Give your top employees the opportunity to grow into more meaningful position. Have more engagement of top level management with top sales personnel as they are the blood line of this company.

    Good discounts, very relaxed environment.

    A lot of processes need to be created properly. Need a solid written procedure created as everyone does the same job differently.

    Cost cuts everywhere. Looks like the company is going down

    Kicking out experienced people in favour to cheep ones is dangerous

    Good working atmosphere with colleagues.
    Very interesting employee discounts on sports goods.
    Cafeteria with caterer, gym and showers on site.

    Cons

    Too much work for the number of employees in some departments.

    Advice to Management

    Executive decisions often takes place without considering the opinion of the staff performing the job. This can lead to operating problems and costs that are more expensive than expected. Outsourcing cost a lot more.

    Good benefits and a lot of good people. Most teams work well together and help other teams. Good support staff

    Cons

    Too many bosses not enough workers. The bosses need to listen to the workers more and hear what they have to say

    Listen more and you will keep your good workers
