    Flexible schedule during retail store hours. Great supervisor.

    Cons

    To many projects with not enough time to complete. No pay if you go over project time.

    Pros

    ab.s long as you stay in your territory you are fine if you show up and do the job.

    Cons

    don't cover new territories where the reps have been a revolving door. It takes forever to straighten them out to my liking. Considering you are using your own vehicle, the starting pay is a joke.

    Advice to Management

    as long as your keep hiring cheap part-timers, you will get the service that you deserve.

    Pros

    Met with DM JJ once to give my paperwork for hire with FGXI.

    Cons

    DM just assigned me a territory with no training. Ask for help with upcoming resets was told just follow the memo.

    Pros

    Mileage reimbursement, District Managers seem to care about employees

    Cons

    Unsteady hours, conflicting information from corporate and retail support, store level employees and management weren't always cooperative

    Advice to Management

    Communicate more with store management.

    Pros

    Not demanding, no office to report to. All assignments and reporting are done via computer. Really nice people to work for.

    Cons

    Sometimes there are not enough hours. But I can usually get aprox 20 per week.

    Pros

    Very Steady Work, Very Flexible Schedule, Projects are easy to understand and implement, DM's work in the field doing the exact same thing you are doing, you get a yearly review and a yearly raise if you are doing your job satisfactorily. Company has always been fair and never had an issue with pay. Company is very aggressive in adding new contracts and keeping the company and service program solvent and maintaining client satisfaction.

    Cons

    They used to pay a service fee for each store visited, but changed to paying mileage between stores, which doesn't pay near the compensation. You are not allowed to exceed 24 hours a week due to the Affordable Care Act. No employment benefits (insurance, etc.)

    Advice to Management

    Keep seeking new contracts as you have been doing diligently. Make sure your DM's are praising their employees. Just saying positive things goes a LONG way to keeping their morale going.

    Pros

    Easy, nice working environment, Do you own schedule and hours, easy job. Work almost by yourself. Easy going authority, that will help you just with a phone call or text.

    Cons

    I don't see anything wrong with this companie
