Pros
FHI 360 is enormous, and with the acquisition of AED's technical personnel, has the potential to have a significant impact in any number of development arenas. Fantastic people, strong technical skills, high levels of dedication and a truly global reach are impressive.
Cons
FHI 360 has struggled to blend the FHI and AED cultures and to integrate their systems effectively. Internal communications are poor and morale is very low. Turnover is high. This may have improved over the last year or two since I left, however, anecdotally I hear that is not the case.
