New CEO is excellent and has new ideas and energy Great technical staff and sense of mission Fascinating and meaningful projects in interesting places
Cons
Operational model is dysfunctional. The administrative procedures are so arcane and non-use-friendly that staff at all levels experience unnecessary stress and have a much harder time getting things done compared with others in our industry (DAI, Chemonics, CARE, Mercy Corps to name a few). Until they fix this, people who have a choice will move on.
