I have been working at FICO

    Pros

work is interesting, always have a lot new materials to learn. people are smart and take ownership of the work.

    Cons

too many re-organizations within a short period of time, people have to re-build working relationships with co-workers and managers, also feel unsecure about their current positions.

I have been working at FICO full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good relationships with bosses and project managers. Work schedule is flexible. Lots of trust placed on consultants. Collaboration is encouraged with team members. Personal growth in terms of experiences is very high.

    Cons

FICO does not compensate valuable employees well. Many employees feel used by FICO but stay on because work is rewarding. Management makes decisions about staffing without consulting with people on the ground. Projects are constantly handicapped by lack of resources. High turnover of employees is becoming noticeable.

    I worked at FICO

    Pros

Good compensation & benefits, plenty of smart people work there. Pretty flexible work in the consulting practice. Reasonable work/life balance.

    Cons

Rapidly changing structure, little static about the company at all, new vision statements come out regularly, and just rampant change on all levels. The San Rafael office is half administrative staff who have been there for a very long time and work at an easy pace, whereas the other half is a roster of rapidly changing players who seem unable to weave their collective intellect, creativity and acumen into any valuable cohesive fabric destined for success. The bunch of independent managers here don't make a great team.

I have been working at FICO full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexy time, no dress code, Good learning opportunity, Travelling profile and Friendly colleagues. analytics profile has lot to offer but only if you are ready to work for very less money.

    Cons

3 months of notice period, Very poor salary, Work life balance is bad, HR sucks and promises 10 times then they can provide, No respect for employees. 1-2 Managers are useless and make the work worse and put the blame on juniors.
