    Pros

Well organized company -corporate office departments support the field locations very well- they have great core values. I definitely had a productive tenure with Fidelitone. Left the company for a role with a small start up in the same industry.

    Cons

Need to have a stronger business development strategic plan and rethink if some of the account managers are capable in performing their positions

    Entrepreneurial spirit, fast-paced exciting industry.

    Cons

Poor leadership/culture that does not value employees. Constant turnover including terminations without good reason. Extremely poor compensation and benefits. Would not recommend to friends or family. I left on my own accord, but not everyone is so lucky.

    Advice to Management

    Take some management courses.

    Pros

Pros? That term does not apply at Fidelitone in any size, shape, or form. Honestly, there is not one single positive word I can use to describe this company.

    Cons

Where shall I begin? The department I worked in was dysfunctional, did not possess one iota of teamwork and zero camaraderie. Half the department constantly threw others "under the bus" and were only interested in working the minimum amount of hours, regardless of whether the work was completed or not. They were there for the paycheck only and were uncooperative, unhelpful, unproductive and out for themselves. Fidelitone has multiple systems of which none are integrated/interfaced with each other, which makes for a tedious, frustrating and unproductive work environment. The core cause of this is their clueless, dullard of a CFO, Ross Hudson. He honestly believes having a half-working, non-interfaced software program is better than nothing and his giant ego won't allow him to wait until all systems are interfaced before going "live". He prefers immediate gratification now, regardless of whether the thing works or not and lives in a fantasyland. You can make suggestions and recommendations, but only if it does not cost the company money.

    Advice to Management

Fix all your broken, segregated parts (and there are many) and focus on efficiency, streamlining and better training for your employees. Fire all your complacent, unproductive, poor attitude employees (and there are many) and do more to try to retain the few valuable employees you have left.

I worked at FIDELITONE (More than 3 years)

    Pros

None, none at all. Stay Away

    Cons

Terrible pay, dysfunctional management, ownership that doesn't care. Ongoing motto is "at least you have a job". People are treated as sheep and all they want are yes men and not idea guys. Family rules the top positions which by nature are unqualified and arrogant. They seem to promote and celebrate underachievement and confusion. They have so many different inventory systems and half of them don't work right. The warehouse management system they spent millions of dollars on sits and collects dust. Stay away. The hours you are expected to work are ridiculous, hopefully you don't have a family or any personal life. If there is a death in the family or a natural disaster that affects your life somehow, don't expect to get time off unless it's approved by management and even then don't expect it to happen. They care nothing about their workers and all good workers either get tired and quit or find better jobs somewhere else.

    Advice to Management

My advice isn't for management it's for the people who work their, form a union. A group as a whole can do a lot more than just a few. Nobody deserves to be treated the way they treat people with how they run their company.

    Pros

    Good schedule

    Cons

    Little to no training
Management did not hold people accountable for their actions
Not very accommodating to certain clients
    Coworkers were not very friendly

    Advice to Management

Create a training program for all employees at the company, especially the last mile division.
