    Pros

    Coworkers are very nice and they treat you like family. It's a small company so you get to know everyone.

    Cons

    No ladder to climb. A small company that seems to look outside for hiring instead of promoting from within so employees feel stuck.

    Pros

    non competitive atmosphere, small company,clean and safe work environment, industry leading products, most coworkers are cooperative and friendly average wages.

    Cons

    no opportunity for advancement - the job you start in is the job you die in. no commitment to develop or improve products - company is kept cash poor - no money for growth.

    Advice to Management

    find a company with a commitment to improving products and growing it's market share.
