    I worked at FIS full-time

    Pros

    They have good parking.

    Cons

Compensation usually does not increase more than 2% per year and there is no annual bonus plan for most employees under director level no matter the company's performance or your performance. Executives receive very large bonuses.

FIS negotiates huge severance packages with execution such that an executive can receive hundreds of thousands of dollars in severance pay even if they are fired for cause. FIS does not do a good job showing the employees they appreciate them, at least not the employees below executive level.

    Advice to Management

Improve your compensation plan for employees below Director level. It would also be nIce to see FIS donate more corporate funds to charities. They put a big emphasis on employee driven fundraising for charitable endeavors, but it's difficult to even find documentation on donations made from corporate funds.
