Work culture underwent drastic changes to include more wfh % in a work week for employee safety and more balanced work-life. 4. Predominantly a product company with huge suite of products across banking, capital markets and payments domain

1. No long term onsite opportunities 2. Bell curve followed religiously. If you are not in the top 70%, it can be a nightmare for your prospects in the company. 3. Very flat hierarchy. Only 5 layers of management from top. 4. High control of decisioning by US management/ leadership. Low degree of freedom at offshore

It's a great place to work and a totally different culture when it comes to offices outside India.

The same company in India, unfortunately, is not that great, in terms of the culture, values, infrastructure, facilities and almost everything.

Pros
FIS has embraced the remote work culture and has closed many of its regional offices in support of remote work. The benefits are considerable, though high deductible health insurance is no one's favorite. Hours and pay seem reasonable and the culture is generally productive and friendly.
Cons
The large size makes it difficult to find the right person or team when needed. Office technology can be problematic at times creating lengthy delays in accomplishing work. Sometimes feels like a lot of bureaucracy.

Competitive pay and benefits. Frequent and quality employee development opportunities. Good culture and I know many people that have continued to work there since I left. Lots of people with 10-15-20 years with the company.
Cons
Bureaucracy you tend to get with larger companies, which can make innovation or even doing your day to day job more challenging than it should be. Periodic reductions in force, which again, you tend to get with larger companies. The frequency and volume of those may have changed since 2011 - the company seems to be hiring now.
