I worked at FITCH full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good clientele, relaxed environment with some quality employees

    Cons

Poor management, high turnover rate, no integrity. I worked there 4 years exactly and can't recall one other black person ever being in that office.

    Advice to Management

Retire and allow someone else to create a new culture

I have been working at FITCH full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Friendly people. Room to move around the company. Opportunities to travel the country once trained. Lots to learn. Free breakfast and coffee. Fitch gathering every (so far since i have been there) Thursday at 3 for an hour. Pot lucks within each team (my team does it once a month). Get own desk and get to add a little touch of who you are to your little shelf. Paid parking pass. Treats once in a while. DOG FRIENDLY...

I have been working at FITCH full-time for more than 5 years

        Pros

Casual work environment Nice office and location so was an easy commute Great people. Talented and works hard. Would say it was a good place to start career to get experience but not for progression.

        Cons

No direction. Poor management. Management are never in the office. Morale is low. No one can make a decision. Promises that are never followed through. Used to have company events and now nothing which makes employees feel they aren’t valued.

        Advice to Management

Listen to your staff. It’s not always about the bottom line.

I worked at FITCH full-time for more than a year

        Pros

Opportunities to work with large, public companies.

        Cons

High turnover - layoffs annually. Two week severance. Had to sign legal forms saying I wouldn't work for WPP again.

        Advice to Management

Stop churning through employees every quarter - build and foster an office culture where people want to do good work. Explain to clients why the work you produce is the right answer. Teach the younger people how to talk to clients and put them in meetings. Give people more satisfactory work. Stop laying employees off every other quarter.
