    Great co-workers and convenient office location

    Heavy workload No performance review program=no raises Empty promises Morale takes a nosedive when the boss is in the office

    I worked at FLEMING AND HALL for more than 4 years

    Pros

    Fun co-workers to work with. Fun to be able to complain and know you are not alone.

    Cons

    Overflow of work and not enough workers. Micromanagement. No raises. Still working with paper files that constantly get lost. It’s a messed up environment and I am glad to have left.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate your employees more and do not take them for granted.

    I have been working at FLEMING AND HALL

    Pros

    If you work very very hard , then you might be able to move up. Company were nepotism is alive and well.

    Cons

    Lack of respect of their employees. You have people that work over 18 hr days and still have to worry about making up 2 hours of missing time. The company does not reward its hard workers.

    Advice to Management

    Stop the micro management , and its time to move to the electronic age and stop relying on paper files. Productivity would definitely improve
