    I worked at FMC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great small town style company. Easy to talk to upper management whom were always at your disposal, wide spread industry influence and reputation, many divisions acrossed the country

    Cons

    bought out by FMC technologies, as a result wages were lowed and benefits decreased industry funding was also reduced

    Advice to Management

    Split off flowback division and become independent self sufficient entity

    I worked at FMC (More than a year)

    Pros

    Lots of great benefits as you might expect from a large corporation, everyone was very accommodating and the culture moves slowly.

    Cons

    Not a lot of team projects, a very isolating experience as far as internships go.

    Very friendly people, everyone is willing to work with you and there are not many, if any, big egos in the company

    Not as much integration with other parts of the company as I had hoped for

    Well organized company where people is valued and plenty of opportunity to progress is given to all employees.

    Cons

    Too big of a company with conflicts between regions.

    Advice to Management

    Increase the exchange of people between regions, keep pursuing cost reduction initiatives to have a more competitive product line.

    Excellent atmosphere. The employees were awesome to work with and very helpful. Very intriguing work with hands on experience. Gained a lot of valuable experience for the future.

    Cons

    Not many cons as an intern for the intern program was excellent. Labs could use more upgrades to be as state of the art as some other companies.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the excellent work with the intern program and continue to keep it running. Supporting the interns goes a long way for their development.
