  2. "Unethical, scam, 6 day work week on commission."

    Pros

The employees are nice. They usually offer words of encouragement. Everyone is very high energy. I genuinely believe most of the employees are good people and truly just naive.

    Cons

The job is basically approaching strangers on the street to sell them cheap makeup from China. The makeup itself is very toxic, though the company will not admit that. They claim you'll quickly move on to a better position, but this is not the case. Meanwhile, they will "require" you to work 6 days a week for 10+ hours a day. They cannot legally do this to their employees since they are filed as independent contractors. Similar scams exist all over (they generally go by 3 letter acronyms and call their field "b2b marketing").
