    Positive Outlook

I worked at FNH USA as a contractor

    Pros

The different departments communicate often, it feels like even with 500 employees everyone knows everyone else, even the machine operators. Human resources was supportive, the food is great, and the duties of the job weren't excessive.

    Cons

Depending on your aptitude, you may end up overloaded with assignments and duties. I saw this happen with a coworker.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at FNH USA (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The company benefits where generous. Management prior to 2012 tried to create a open, friendly environment where they took care of their teams. Operated more as a small business in-house even though they were an international company. This has changed since then.

    Cons

Lack of communication to the staff, uncertainty of job status, unrealistic exceptions. The parent company seemed to treat FNH USA as the step-child of the family of businesses.

    Advice to Management

Communication, communication, communication. By not keeping the staff informed all it does is lead to speculation which is always worse than the truth. They can handle it.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at FNH USA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good 401(k) and benefits. Not aware of others.

    Cons

If you are a salaried employee and choose to work at FNA, get ready to deal with 12-hour work day (plus weekends). The amount of work you will have, could not justify any pros working for FNA. On the top of that, you have to deal with different "clicks" or you are out.... Evaluation is not based on your input and quality of work, but how you please some "important" people (you need to know who they are, because sometimes they hold not the most important positions). Get ready to deal with a ton of politics, back stubbing, and behind you back rumors. If you are ready - WELCOME TO FNA! And best of luck to you.

    Advice to Management

Face the reality. You have to confront the clicks in your company or FNA's business will go down.

I worked at FNH USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Military Side is great with driven, results oriented people

    Cons

Zero leadership, zero risk taking and management, executives are self serving at the expense of their employees and clients. Company is Belgium owned which in turn loses the US interest by late to market mentality.

    Advice to Management

Clean house of loose baggage and hiring buddies. Hire capable folks who understand what global objectives really mean. fire yourselves as you are the reason the US arm is failing.

I worked at FNH USA full-time

    Pros

There are no positives at that place. The employees are miserable.

    Cons

Management that is clueless. Employees are on the take from vendors and protected. Worst management and HR I have ever seen.

    Advice to Management
