      I worked at FOCUS Brands for less than a year

      Pros

      Excellent team of employees to work with every day. Very high energy working environment. Pay was equitable for the assignment/project I was working on. Discounts at Moe's Southwest Grill.

      Cons

      Would like to have been recognized for extraordinary contributions I delivered to help them succeed and surpass the customer's expectations.

      Advice to Management

      Recognize contributions that are being completed each day to move the organization forward. Those projects and assignments don't get done on their own.
