Great place to start career, hard to grow after.

    Nov 12, 2022 - Digital Content Producer
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

    - Paid to watch sports and cover premier events like the Super Bowl, World Cup, World Series, etc. - Great benefits & 401K options. - Recognizable name for the resume.

    Cons

    - If you aren't part of a certain clique, it's very difficult to get promotion consideration. Instead of training/mentoring lower level employees, outsiders are frequently hired for higher roles. - Work / life balance is tough, but that's to be expected anywhere you work in sports. What's concerning is seeing some work into the early morning hours to get last-minute projects done, while others are getting little to no work put on their plate.

    Good Work Experience

Oct 27, 2022 - Project Manager in Los Angeles, CA
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Work-From-Home flexibility: some departments are in the office, but most seem to be flexible with either work from home or coming into the office x day(s) per week. Good pay and bonus structure Coworkers and managers are friendly and easy to get along with.

    Cons

Some departments are busier than others. Certain sports seasons can cause some people to have to work over the weekends, etc. (depends on the role)
