- Free taxi rides (100 euro+ per month) - Induction trip to head office in Hamburg - Stocked kitchen with free breakfast and coffee machines - City centre office location, bright building - Young, talented and driven colleagues - Birthday day off - The wider company vision is exciting - The Marketing and Sales departments have managers who respect and really care about their employees - If you are new in... your career, exposure to different business functions will progress your experience faster than your friends who might be in larger companies

- Customer Support & Driver Teams (the two branches of Ops) are affected by long term negative morale and are the only teams to suffer turnover. Ops management are just unfortunately difficult to trust. - Lack of leadership skills from ops management is the elephant in the room for the company. Lots of micro management. Not uncommon for line staff to be spoken to like children. However, the team meet targets... so no motive for managers to change behaviour. Adequate managers, but mediocre and uninspiring leaders - No defined career plans across any department - Salary changes are tied to promotions, but there are no defined career paths for employees. Salary reviews are hard to navigate and are only applicable at the anniversary of your hiring, so no real incentive for working hard in comparison to other companies - Non-transparent and weirdly shady secrecy surrounding internal openings and opportunities - "Internal workshops" which are advertised as a lead benefit happen irregularly and do not offer enough value to mention in interviews, either internal or external - "Excellent monetary benefits (health and dental insurance, PRSA)" that are advertised on job specs are unfortunately just minor discounts on expensive premiums. Cycle to work is provided by most companies in Dublin so insincere to class any of these as market leading benefits

- People were all very bright and genuinely nice - Interesting work, especially if you have a tech background

- Keep a lot of staff on temp/agency contracts rather than as their employees. It's completely legal and they're entitled to but shows the complete lack of value they put in people - Senior management don't really seem to have any real strategy or direction and just pass the blame on - Very strong drinking culture - which could be a plus or a minus depending on how you feel about it - No real consistency of... any kind with people management between departments
