I have been working at FRHI Hotels & Resorts full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Opportunity to grow, and benefits. Being part of Accor Hôtels now, there is more room for growth and relocation around the globe.

    Cons

Very heavy Union environment (in NYC) could be challenging. I would like to see a more consistent management team. No hotels in the south east

I worked at FRHI Hotels & Resorts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Other colleagues, nice properties , meeting people , free food , room destination rates. People with relatively low skill can be promoted if they can stay for a year or so.

    Cons

Completely incompetent management from top to bottom , horrible snitch, gossip/toxic work environment. Revolving door high turnaround, high burnout rate. Hotel is far from a luxury brand and is more like a glorified, large motel. No office supplies, antiquated computer and key making devices about 12 years old. Your expected to deliver a champagne experience on a beer budget. Human Resources is bumbling. completely inexperienced and unprofessional. You are only as good as your last mistake here.
