    Pros

    The best reasons to work for FTD was having fun, easy job. and the best customers ever.

    Cons

    The only downside of the company was the the presser of losing your job if your sells were not up.

    Advice to Management

    Keep your employees encouraged and stay with good training.

    Generally good management team. Team oriented environment. Great place to learn and grow

    Cons

    Could use a little more privacy - open really low cube environment

    Pros

    Culture for the most part factors in the realization that success has a lot to do with a positive and supportive work environment.

    Cons

    Upper management is all about former working relationships (who you know), how much is my bonus/how can I get more, and how big can I grow my empire. I remain hopeful that the acquisition by FTD will be a positive trend--as the top "buddies" have already began jumping ship here. Maybe now we will be lead by management who cares about company growth by way of customer loyalty and a more enjoyable work environment. Yet to be seen

    FTD--be careful about who you keep and promote. Conduct 360 reviews to learn more about who should remain/be rewarded with upward mobility.

    Everyone is friendly, open 24/7 so very flexible with any schedule you want to work.

    Cons

    Sometimes the customer's can be hard to deal with, but the resources are available to make everything easier for reps.
