    Able to deal with complex accounting, auditing, and financial reporting situations for Fortune 500 Companies.

    Cons

    There is no pension plan for employees. It would be great to have more retirement vehicles.

    Great culture. Team approach to addressing client needs. Flexible work environment. Challenging and stimulating case work for those interesting in stretching and growing.

    Cons

    Work life balance can be a challenge. Work often involves late night, weekend work to attend to urgent client needs. Very little down time.

    Great people and opportunities for organic growth. Salary and benefits are good. Holly Paul and her department are doing an awesome job in growing culture and people.

    Considerable amount of turnover ... the people that have been here for 10+ years are the ones sticking around; everyone else seems transient.

    I worked at FTI Consulting

    Pros

    A very quick and nimble entreprenuerial company. Relative to other consulting firms there was not a lot of crap to get in your way. They were very generous with pay and bonuses.

    Cons

    Had become an eat what you kill kind of organization. Lots of silos. Used to be much more collaborative environment. It probably depends on what office you find yourself working.
