      Pros

      - Many top-notch people - Hardworking - Rewards possible - Can be good working environment

      Cons

      - Some questionable (at best) clientele / activities covered under those NDAs -- be prepared to question yourself looking in the mirror - Raising questions about high-income producing clients not welcomed - Oral guarantees/assertions not necessarily lived up to

      Pros

Project manager and team leads were great; working environment was excellent; project was interesting

      Cons

Because they're still breaking into the DC doc review market, there aren't a ton of projects going on

      Pros

Great work environment. Consultants and directors are all fun to work and hang out with.

      Cons

Not very diverse. Not exactly a 9-5, but that is to be expected from consulting.

      Attorney Document Reviewer

      Pros

Really great managers, sane work hours and a physically comfortable work environment make this place a pleasure to do document reviews. The managers are very supportive, and encourage reviewers to seek to become certified in the proprietary review software, and to "work up the ladder" to becoming assistant team leads and team leads. We all know that we're "cogs" in the document review industry, but at FTI, they don't treat us as "cogs" -- they treat us as attorneys.

      Cons

Reviewers are not permitted to use cellphones in the review rooms.

      A great place to work!

      Pros

FTI treats their employees well. From little things like breakfast on Fridays to bigger things like supporting ridesharing and professional development and keeping employees aware of how the company is doing. FTI is also good about informing employees of changes to existing policies and explaining the decision-making process when tough decisions are made. Overall, it's a very collaborate working environment, and I enjoy working there.

      Cons

Advancement can sometimes happen a bit slowly. This is probably similar to other companies in the industry. Aside from that, there aren't many downsides.
