I worked at FTR International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Ability to learn a lot, if you showed interest. Very caring management and employees. Worked really hard, but had fun times, as well.

    Cons

At times, managers needed more authority to do their jobs; always waited for President to make the decisions. Much time was wasted this way.

    Advice to Management

    Get a backbone!

As a small startup, the company is too small, u can not go very deep in software engineering, also pay and welfare is just so so; projects are kind of too aggressive from technical point of view..

    Advice to Management

already good enough. very good manager. the projects are kind of aggressive, but this kind of companies are all like this.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at FTR International as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

FTR does open a lot of doors if anyone wants to gain experience in something new. They do give chances to unexperienced individuals to move up and gain experience and take on a task that will look good on their resume.

    Cons

Very low pay and bad HR. Bad internal communication.

    Advice to Management

If you consider your employees needs you will build strong and loyal employees who will improve the output and in the end will improve client satisfaction, which will help you to win over more business.
