I worked at FTS International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

FTS International provides competitive compensation. $125 stage bonus with ~25-35 stages per month. There are lots of continuing education opportunities.

    Cons

There are not a lot of advancement opportunities. I sometimes worked 98 hours one week then 0 the next. Scheduling could have been better

    Advice to Management

Continue providing education to employees. Establish a more defined rotation schedule for field engineers. Don't listen to Equipment Operators' griping.

    Pros

A good company that stared as a small family type atmosphere that grew rapidly. Has a great "can do" attitude that makes it a fun place to work.

    Cons

Growing pains and then market contraction pains. Possible micromanagement at mid to upper levels.

    Advice to Management

Get the enineering module of SAP or a version that will help with revision history.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The pay was decent, and every once in a while you would get to work with the hind sight of staying at a nice hotel

    Cons

A lot of politics and racial problems, they literally turned racial slurs in to a casual thing and on top of that management was terrible!

    Advice to Management

You need to stop putting your buddies in field supervisor and normal supervisor positions and stop firing all of the good supervisors with your sorry friends!
