I worked at FTS International full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
Learned a lot, and worked with some great guys, the company takes care of your when you are on your hitch, good food, clean rooms and man camps to stay in
Cons
Not really a con, but unless you are local to Midland/Odessa, you are going to be away from home.
Pros
Management has improved dramatically, training programs being improved greatly, company is definitely moving in the right direction.

Pay is cut a little with the downturn
