I have been working at FTSE Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Layback and lets employees just do their job without too much restrictions.

    Cons

UK centric. Not a lot of room for growth.

    Advice to Management

Be more involved with non management employees.

I worked at FTSE Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

Seems very open and relaxed environment and employees enjoyed good work life balance. They also seemed to be encouraging employees to get training and sharpen skills and put them into practice.

    Cons

I was told that the salaries are below average for a company which is based in Canary Wharf and has such a big reputation. worked only for a short period of time though.

I worked at FTSE Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

FTSE have a huge brand but it's still a relatively small company so there is still some of the small company benefits to working there and they provide gym membership to the best gym in the world!! It's generally a good atmosphere and the other staff are friendly.

    Cons

FTSE was in a period of growth and change so they made lots of the 'old guard' redundant which created bad atmosphere. Also, they have so many managers there it's difficult to know who you are reporting to for what. Also depending on who your boss was the working practices differed immensely, some people in our team worked long days with no reward or recognition, it was just expected.
