    Pros

FTSE was a really great place to work with an excellent atmosphere and some really great people. Lovely offices in Canary Wharf and some excellent benefits.

    Cons

Once the LSE took over this changed and things really headed south. A lot of very good long term employees either left or got made redundant.

I worked at FTSE Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Sociable and good benefits. Senior LSEG management are visionary and have insight to diversify the group with an array of B2C acquisitions

    Cons

LSEG visionary does not trickle down to FTSE management. Middle management have little/no people management skills and this is reflected in high churn.

I worked at FTSE Group full-time

    Pros

many hard-working and smart, kind people working below the senior management team. Lots of capability and energy to do things well. Good products and huge client base.

    Cons

senior management team is a group of "yes-men" who put the bottom line ahead of integrity, clients and associates. Great ideas are shushed and people are afraid to disagree with the FTSE CEO. People are underpaid across the board - many people not been given a raise for more than 7 years although being characterized as strong performers. Head of client facing team says vulgar things about clients in team meetings.

    Advice to Management

the dictatorship must be removed. only Roulet and the board can do that. Profits likely too high to take appropriate action.
