    Pros

    Very energetic and fun environment. Seniors take time to personally educate the entire team every Friday but also many times during the day. Team leaders are very demanding but acknowledge good work and support you when need help. Seniors make you feel part of the team by inviting you to nights out. You are given full responsibility and a target from week two but a team leader will always have your back.

    Cons

    No downsides related to the firm, its culture and the benefits offered but a sales job can be repetitive and can get really frustrating.
