Pros
FXCM culture is made of great managers and talented people that work really hard everyday and really think out of the box. You could carve your path in this firm from the junior lever to high manager and you will have all the support and opportunities. No micro mangers in marketing and great collaboration , many talented and dedicated people that try new things daily.
Cons
Compliance and due process is derailing any type of visionary ideas.

Cons
This company has a very toxic environment and has plenty of micro management. There's also alot of politics here and you can clearly see favoritism for ones that have been with the company for very long etc. If you point out bad processes or suggest improvements then your managers tent to take it personally. Not a one off issue as I've seen more than 3 people act this way during my tenure. Also very low on compensation compared to the market. They literally kept track of my break times to the minute which I found out later Also Chk their wikipedia page for all the troubles they've been into
