    I worked at Faber-Castell full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Fun and hardworking people. Friendly, ethical, creative environment. Healthy and stable financials. 40+ years in Cleveland and owned by 250+ year old German company.

    Cons

VERY slow to adapt to social media and online solutions. Conservative! Risk averse. Inequities in upper mgmt styles create inequities in workloads and work flow. Inability to terminate incompetent middle mgmt creates significant workflow issues. Poor project validity assessment system.

    I worked at Faber-Castell full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    no pros. Salary was ok.

    Cons

Brand managers are bullies. They don't want assistant managers to stick around so they bully you and make you leave the company. May be they fear competition from them. It is a big mess. MD does not bother.

    Advice to Management

Take matters in your own hands. Your brand managers are bullies and need to stop behaving badly with their coworkers. Very unprofessional. Look around what is happening. You may not notice but the employees who put their papers down and silently leave could have done good to the company if only your brand managers allowed.
