    Pros

    Very good pay! I had a very small but awesome team. Nice breakroom.

    Cons

    Very toxic atmosphere. Instead of trying to find solutions to issues, they try to find someone to blame. Management is an exclusive club, if you don't smoke, drink or play games with them you will not get far at all. It's annoying when you are super busy and walk into your managers office just to see everyone looking at jeeps or talking about how to say a word right.     Pay attention to the workers. If they are asking for help, look into it before assuming they are lazy or needlessly complaining.

    Company will pay for your children to go to college.

    Attendance policy is ridiculous

    Human employees get sick sometimes, your attendance policy should take this into account.

    Pros

    Relatively stable work environment, and relaxed atmosphere. The company looks great in the beginning. They host lots of events and contests in the office. You can come and go as you please, most of the time, and people tend not to notice. If you do the bare minimum and don't speak up, no one will bother you.

    Cons

    Upper management claims to be working on improving culture. In reality, they are perpetuating the favoritism and biased culture that is running rampant, in all departments. Opinions are king at Fabri-Kal, facts and logic don't seem to matter. If you want to get ahead, tell the right people what they want to hear, even if you don't intent to (or know how to) achieve the goal . If you're a smooth talker, or the bosses...

    Advice to Management

    Social events and food won't fix culture. People need to feel valued and appreciated for what they do. Try to listen to the advise and opinions of more than just your pet employees. If at least, to just acknowledge that an idea is credible and a good possible solution. A meeting or an email explaining the thinking behind choosing one option or the other would go a long way.       Pros

      Great pay, great benefits, profit sharing and 401k matching.

      Cons

      Continental schedule and mandation. It's hard to schedule for things on your days off work when you have to constantly check your calendar to see if you work that day or not. And if you happen to have that day off, you could still be mandated to work if you haven't volunteered enough to be skipped in the rotation.

      Awesome pay good benefits great employee cookouts

      To many hours. 4 point system. Not good when u get drafted 7 days a week. Working 7 days week 12 hr shifts

      Point system needs to reconsider employees working7 days a week. We need days off too

      As soon as you can work Overtime you no longer have a life. Glass ceiling for people of color. They will only let you get so far and then will continue to have an excuse as to why you can't move up in rank or position, even if you have a degree or experience. Terrible leadership on all levels. No one to share your problems with in management because there all drinking buddies, golf buddies and will get rid of you before...

      Advice to Management

      Process and all levels of management should be evaluated in the Greenville plant. You might find out that you really have a very inefficient system in place.
