    Pros

    Excellent for those who are self motivated, unlimited vacation time, Best Pay Compared to Similar Companies, extremely easy going down to earth staff & management. Unlimited potential. This job is for the individual who knows what they want and how to get it.

    Cons

    Some people don't know how to work on their own and therefore may not understand that this job is determined by how much effort they put in.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing.

    Pros

    Payment always on time, nice people, nice sales trainers, a lot of support, and marketing tools as well as training.

    Cons

    At the time I was working for then the only annoying thing was one of the directors, kept sending text messages when one of the salesman sold a contract.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work in finding the sales stars, and putting up with the wannabes

    Pros

    Flexible schedule was really the only good thing about working for this company. I cannot think of anything else I enjoyed about it.

    Cons

    Unorganized, horrible training, lack of support for the employees. I was there less than a month. There was one week of training. After my second week they told me that I had one week to make a sale or they would take away my base salary. No one had ever told me that prior to his point. I wasn't able to get into the selling POS until the middle of the third week and then they let me go. I wasn't given my last paycheck for over two weeks after they terminated me.

    Advice to Management

    Set expectations during the interviewing process, better training, and set your employees up for success and not failure.

    Perfect for anyone who is thick skinned and is an aggressive seller.

    Cons

    No base pay/ commission only/

    Advice to Management

    Offer base pay to reduce turnover.

    Pros

    Being able to manage your own money is a plus. Opportunities for a good income are present however....

    Cons

    trying to get new territory from managers is problematic. Supposed to be 1099 employees but are required to be at 8am meetings and at night as well.

    None, they wouldnt listen anyway

    Pros

    Great opportunity to make money, great location in midtown manhattan. Nataljia is wonderful. a few interesting people to work with.

    Cons

    As stated before great opportunity to make money, however, poor management will not allow that. Atmosphere is dull and boring. Morning meetings are redundant. Needs better lead system.

    Pros

    You work at your own pace and during the times you choose, but other than that there are not a lot of Pros.

    Cons

    I made 3 sales in one day, needed assistance to put in the sales, advised management and was terminated before I even had the chance to put in the sales and make the money. Management can be passive/aggressive as well as contradictory. They state they will help, when you reach out you receive criticism. Charge backs if someone cancels within 30 days of installation. If you damage the iPad you must pay full price to have it replaced. If you are out their working and no sales that equals no money. You don't get paid until two weeks after the sale and if it is not fully installed you only receive 70%.

    Advice to Management

    If you are going to off a $200 a week rev-up, abide by your word. Stop comparing the staff that is selling to the staff that is not, people know if they are not. You shouldn't compare your kids, why would you do that to consultants, there has to be a better and more appropriate approach. All you are doing is deeming full grown adults, who are suffering the consequences for not having sales.

    I worked at Face 2 Face Sales Solutions full-time

    Pros

    FIOS is a great product but not available in many locations. There were no other Pros.

    Cons

    This company uses a "spray and pray" approach to hiring and sales management. They say one thing about their systems and approaches and donot follow it in the field. The sales managers are stiff, too formal and do not listen well. The leads are very inaccurate and FIOS is not available in many locations. My advice is to stay away.

    Advice to Management

    Be more honest and transparent. Do not just do mass hirings.
