    - Work and Life balance. Very relaxed life

    Cons

    - Lack of technical competence development in all engg. function.

    Advice to Management

    - Plan for exit when it's right for the market. Perpetual start up will take no where.

    Great Technology
    Highly Strategic and Smart Executives
    Pay competitive
    Good benefits despite small company
    Survived all the M&A activity despite being a small company
    financially sound
    Good Client base

    Cons

    Middle Management poor at times with multiple Sales Managers
    Management by fear
    TONS of sales turnover not good for business
    CEO very smart but is TOO strategic and tends to over think simple issues.
    Too many Chiefs
    Too much turnover in sales

    Advice to Management

    Stop churning and burning the sales teams this is bad for business and customers do not like this.
