    Awesome free food (3 times a day high quality breakfast, lunch and dinner, made fresh from scratch with organic ingredients)
    Smart and driven people to work with
    Insane compensation (mind blowing!)
    A strong culture of fairness
    Strong bottom-up work culture
    Impact driven, much less politics than other companies

    Cons

    Intense environment, highly demanding, but also highly rewarding

    Advice to Management

    Top priority must be to retain this culture as the company grows.
