    Great Doctors to work with and nice benefits

    Cons

    Raises are not good and PTO includes holidays, sick days and vacation.

    Great learning experience. Good hours and work schedule

    Only hire women which equals too much unnecessary drama

    They have excellent training for new employees and excellent benefits.

    There are still some adjustments since they are now under Providence.

    Going through a merger with another company caused some confusion.

    Pros

    Allows for growth within the company and easy transfers from one department to another at the company. Great benefits and pay is average

    Cons

    The people could be a little more enjoyable. The hr department is horrendous. Raises are continuously getting smaller each year

    Advice to Management

    Communication training is needed for all employees. Never had any company training besides orientation and there should be refresher courses to realign staff with company goals.

    Pros

    Takes a lot to be fired. Its now part of Providence Health and Services which means there are more opportunities to transfer.

    Cons

    Many people who want to lead creating a lot of confusion. High employee turnaround.

    Pros

    The pros at facey medical group I must say are he benefits if you are a single person keep that in mind.

    Cons

    Room for advancement is very limited. I met a couple of people who have been with the company 10 years plus and are still in the same position pretty sad!

    Advice to Management

    Better communication between managers and employees
