    Pros

Good work environment with lots of minor perks, free lunches often, free coffee, hot cocoa, tea. Management is willing to work with you as a person and not as a cog in a wheel. Lots of opportunities to learn and a financially conservative upper management that keeps the firm viable during times of stress.

    Cons

Since it is primarily a law firm, processes on the business side can lag behind those at other corporate companies. Often the firm will derail projects to support a personal request from a senior partner.

    Advice to Management

Keep adopting best practices and weigh carefully the costs and opportunities of projects being supported.
