    -Environment is creative and the emphasis is on continual learning
    -Always encouraged to work to your potential and given opportunities beyond your experience level, which you would not find at other like organizations
    -The network of employees and contributors is truly global, making this company one of the first truly international networks.

    Cons

    -As a start-up company, there is constant adjustments and restructuring which requires flexibility and patience, along with a willingness to always act in the interest of not just one position or project, but the good of the entire company.

    Advice to Management

    - Never loose sight how amazingly talented and hardworking each employee is as the staff is this company's greatest asset.

    Bei Fair Observer arbeitet man mit einem internationalen Team, steht vor anspruchsvollen Aufgaben und Erfahrungen und erlebt die Dynamik und Energie eines aufsteigenden Unternehmens.

    Cons

    Mangel an echter Kommunikation mit Team-Mitgliedern aus den USA und UK. Stattdessen eine Menge Skype. Manchmal starke Arbeitsbelastung der Mitarbeiter aufgrund der geringen Größe des Teams.

    Die Führung sollte realistischer sein, wenn es um die Beurteilung der Machbarkeit neuer Aufgaben geht.
