    Hands on experience with seasoned reps, mentoring is part of the culture, expectation for excellence in entry level employees.

    Cons

    The company took a hit because of the economy at the time, but it was a solid starting point and a great introduction to a career in Ad Sales.

    Advice to Management

    Keep plugging through the tough economy. Hope to see an upturn for Fairchild soon.
