    Pros

Great people to work with. Most executives are approachable. Engineering teams are talented and hard working.

    Cons

Manufacturing; systems; the decision to close one fab and one factory is probably the right medicine for the long term, but the execution created a lot of problems ST and LT.

Former Employee - Design Engineer in Manchester, NH
    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Frequent interaction between Design Engineers and Application Engineers. Also, frequent interaction between Design Engineers and Layout Engineers. Frequent interaction among designers at different locations.

    Cons

The human resources department was virtually non-existent. There was animosity between different groups at different locations since the company was doing badly. The groups didn't have knowledge of all different areas. As a result, the designs required several iterations to pass and the product quality also was bad.

    Advice to Management

Reward innovations in design. Design Engineers are the heart of the company and do all steps necessary to retain them. Many design locations have hard time filling positions and positions are open for years. Design Engineers are moving to adjacent companies.
