Healthcare. Used to have more pros when I started, but by the end the County crushed everything I loved about it.
Cons
No chance for growth. Wouldn’t mind the lack of growth opportunities if at least there was a salary raise every year, but Fairfax does not promise any pay increases or even a COLA. Fairfax is somewhat flexible with your schedule, however the current person in charge of the analysts, does not believe in telework or agree with the county’s 60% telework policy.
